Frequently Asked Questions

If your activities are missing, please go through the following steps in order:

  1. Check if private activities are enabled:

During Strava signup, the option "View data about your private activities" must be enabled. Otherwise, private or followers-only activities cannot be synced.

If you're unsure: simply click the "Sign up with Strava" button again and reconnect your account.

  2. Check if your activity meets the requirements:

Only valid activities appear on the leaderboard. Please verify the requirements in the Rules. Common reasons for exclusion: too short, wrong sport type, pace outside limits, or activity set to hidden.

Invalid activities appear in your profile's Activity Log with a flag.

  3. Manual synchronization available in your profile:

If you joined late or think an activity is missing, you can manually trigger a sync in your profile. You will also see a detailed Sync Log showing which activities were imported or skipped.

  4. Using the correct Strava account?

This is the most common issue. Many users have multiple Strava login methods (email, Google, Apple). Please make sure you are logged into Strava with the account that contains your activities.

    To verify:

    • Open Strava (web or app)
    • Check which profile is logged in
    • If incorrect, log out and log in to the correct one
    • Then click "Sign up with Strava" again on the website
  5. Registration error:

If there was a technical issue during signup, reconnecting via "Sign up with Strava" usually resolves it.

If your activities still do not appear after these steps, please check the other troubleshooting FAQs or contact support.

This information is provided through Strava. If you find a mistake, update your profile on Strava and press the "Connect with Strava" button in the navigation again. This will update your data.

The own crew or the personal goal can be changed via the user settings. To access the setting, simply click on the "Connect with Strava" button and then click on your username in the menu.

The activity can simply be deleted on Strava and then it will also be deleted here.

The January Battle ends on 31.01.2026 at 23:59:59, and we consider your local time zone.

If your runs aren't appearing in the toplist, it's likely because privacy mode is enabled on your Strava account.
To have your runs considered for the toplists, please follow these steps:

We understand that completing a trail run over many kilometers is an impressive achievement! However, the rules for the January Battle were defined in advance and are known to all participants. These rules apply equally to everyone, including pace requirements.

With over 1000 participants, it's unfortunately not feasible to make individual exceptions or adjustments to the rules. This ensures fairness and consistency for all participants. We appreciate your understanding and hope you'll continue to participate in the January Battle!
